I have grown up sharing my great, great-grandmother, Maggie Walker's story 

as the first woman to found, charter, and serve as a president of a bank in America. I have served on the selection committee for the PayPal award in her honor and shared her story with Forbes, PBS, NBC Nightly News, and the NY Times. 

Co-founder and spokesperson of a national grassroots organization, Vote Equality US, dedicated to Constitutional gender equality. These efforts culminated in Virginia's 2020 ratification and the publication of the Equal Rights Amendment as our 28th Amendment.

I have been able to share why "Virginia is for Lovers," as the Social Media Specialist for Virginia Tourism Corporation.  My social and professional work, coupled with internships in the fashion industries of New York and London has fueled my creativity and deepened my appreciation of storytelling.
